This location is at the northern end of Seaside just north of Seaside High School.

Hugo’s (Nehalem/Hwy 101 at 8th Street) — Locals swear by Hugo’s coffee shack, located at Hwy 101and 8th Street just before 101 goes hard south through downtown Nehalem. Serving up coffee, tea, and milkshakes, along with breakfast burritos, muffins, and bagels.
